Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before availing our packing and moving services.

• GST bill/invoice is mandatory for insurance claim purposes.
• Insurance is the only valid way to claim compensation for any damage or loss during transit.
• The company shall not be responsible for any damage or loss of uninsured goods.
• 100% payment must be cleared immediately after loading.
• Delivery timelines are tentative and may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, strikes, road conditions, or other unavoidable circumstances.
• The company shall not be liable for delays caused by natural calamities or unforeseen situations beyond its control.
• Customers are advised not to pack cash, jewellery, important documents, or any other valuables with household goods.
• The company shall not be responsible for leakage, breakage, or internal damage of self-packed items.
• Any existing scratches, dents, or previous damages must be informed before packing or loading.
• Advance payment once made shall be non-refundable in case of cancellation.
• Unloading will be carried out only after full payment clearance.
• Transit insurance covers only the declared items and declared value mentioned in the insurance policy/invoice.
• Fragile items must be informed in advance for special packing arrangements.
• All disputes shall be subject to Raipur (C.G.) jurisdiction only.
